The program is administered by the Provincial Emergency Program under the authority of the Compensation and Disaster Financial Assistance Regulation, 1995 Flooding Events Approved for Eligibility Under the DFA Those impacted by a disaster or emergency event, such as flooding, may be eligible for financial support under the B.C.
